FOOT REFLEXOLOGY An ancient Oriental massage technique which uses pressure points on the feet that correspond with specific organs and parts of the body. This is a splendid technique which promotes relaxation, stress relief, and a release of energy throughout the body. 25 minute- $40

PRENATAL MASSAGE A wonderful experience for the mother to be. This is a great technique that can be helpful with headaches, congestion, backaches, leg cramps, low back pain, and sciatic pain. Helps with swelling, insomnia, and anemia. Can help make the birthing process easier. 50 minute- $80

SPORTS/DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE Sports massage uses flushing strokes combined with stretching to help reduce lactic acid and toxin build up in the muscles.Deep tissue massage is for people experiencing chronic pain. Trigger point manipulation is used in order to releas, restore integrity to the muscles and overall well being. 50 minute- $80 75 minute- $115 100 minute- $150

AROMATHERAPY A wonderful massage that uses essential oils to enhance energy flow, your sense of smell, and the release of muscle tension 50 minute- $80 75 minute- $115 100 minute- $150
