West Palm Beach (Florida) Police Department
hosted our Blood Detection Workshop June 9-11.
Ted conducted a
summer forensic science camp for high school students as well
as one for high school teachers in New York State. Many thanks
to Villa Maria College for hosting the camps.

Another
busy year with ClueFinders, Inc being represented at many workshops,
lectures and conferences.

2001
started with the presentation of our "Detecting Blood at
the Crime Scene" workshop held in Concord. Many thanks for
the hospitality of the New Hampshire State Police!
The January 2001 issue of Law Enforcement Technology Magazine
features the article "Presumptive Blood Testing" written
by Ted Yeshion. The National Law Enforcement and Corrections
Technical Center, a program of the National Institute of Justice,
has an abstract of that article on their website.
In April, Pellissippi State Technical Community College in Knoxville,
Tennessee hosted our Blood Detection Workshop. We were impressed
with the brilliant questions posed to our expert by the enthusiastic
attendees!
The Institute of Police Technology and Management (IPTM) held
their 19th Annual "Special Problems in Traffic Crash Reconstruction"
conference April 17-20, 2001. Ted presented the Wednesday morning
seminar on Vehicle Occupant Evidence.
While in Moscow, Ted is scheduled to meet with the Russian
Federation Minister of Justice and speaks with leading forensic
scientists and attorneys.
